The former machine factory hall of MARKINO-Werke is to be given a new use in the Wiesendamm 26 - 28 section as a theater facility for the Junge Schauspielhaus (youth division of Neue SchauSpielHaus GmbH). The first floor hall will house the corresponding halls, rehearsal rooms, the foyers, storage, operating and sanitary rooms. The new halls will penetrate the existing hall roof structure. At the transition to Wiesendamm 24, the halls will be separated by a new fire wall. The hall separation (building separation) to Wiesendamm 30 will take place in the area of axis 19/20. In the area of the hall separation, a new access road will be set up, which will end in an inner courtyard as a delivery for the theater operation. The basement will house the necessary connection and supply rooms for the public utilities and the technical building equipment. On the 1st and 2nd floors, office, work, seminar, sanitary and archive rooms will be created for the theater operation. The foyers and stairwells will be accessed from Wiesendamm Street.
